She's in her room -- not quite pacing the floor, for there's no reason to be nervous, now is there?

No real reason, say true.

And yet, although Susan Delgado (for now) busies herself with any of a number of small tasks to occupy her hands, her thoughts can't be so easily distracted.

Distraction, did you say? Lilly's just bounced up to Susan's door and is knocking cheerfully on it, and she just might have a distraction or two planned for the bride-to-be.

"Susan! You in there?"

The door's locked, but not for long, as Susan recognizes this voice.

"I'm here, Lilly-- just a moment--"

She sets down her pen and hurries over to open the door, with a smile for her friend.

As soon as Susan opens the door Lilly beams, grabs her arm, and starts pulling her towards the stairs.

"Great! Oh, this is your official notice: You are being kidnapped. Please stay calm, we mean you no harm. Our demands are simple. Change into the miniskirt I have waiting for you, apply glitter, get prepared to drink way too much, and enjoy the hell out of your bachelorette party!"

She manages to pull the door shut behind her before she's quite dragged away, but that's about all she can do as she starts laughing.

"Wait-- Lilly-- what?"

There's a light knock on the door, sometime before Susan's friends come to help her get dressed. "Susan?"

"It's open," she calls. It's not been much, of late, but she's decided that she'll not let worry consume her, today of all days.

The door swings open, and Nymphadora, beaming and dressed for the wedding, steps inside. "Hallo, Susan."

She's not ready yet, dressed in jeans and an oversized soft flannel shirt.

Someone-- one of the very few who'd seen her first arrive -- might recognize it, even. Susan Delgado always did have a fondess for her da's old work-shirts, and she finds it comforting now.

"Hi, Nymphadora." She smiles. "How do'ee fare?"

Susan and Lilly are miniskirted and beglittered when they arrive downstairs and head towards the group waiting by the door.

"Here we are, guys! Everyone ready?"

Crowley waves hello to Susan and Lilly, as they approach in a sparkly whirlwind.

And yes, he is aware that being surrounded by this many shiny girls with this little clothing makes him look like a pimp.

Thank you for asking.

It is, quite possibly, a little odd to see a pregnant woman at a bachelorette party.

But then, Tonks is used to them, by now.

She's grinning, and wearing a halter top and skirt combination that makes the baby belly look... rather fetching, truth be told.

*Meg feels rather like she's wearing - well, less than underwear, by the standards of 1884.

She doesn't much mind it, though, as she waves cheerfully at the approaching Lilly and Susan.*
