Thoughts on how I play Sai. Good? Bad? All critiques, please comment here. We all stray from time to time so it's always a good thing to be pointed back in the right direction. Praise also welcome because when is it not. XD

Um, I just gotta say this. I hate canon Sai, but I adore your Sai. You make me want to change my opinion of him. :3
And maybe kinda sorta ship them a little. *cough*

Sai was a bastard when he was first introduced but in the current manga he's grown so much! Much like Gaara has! [Not that I would be bias when it comes to Gaara >_> *cough*#1 Favorite character of all time*cough*]
...
GAH!!! You ship them too! XDD
I mean... yeah they can be cute together. 2 social retards that they are. XDD

Pssst... Gaara is mine too. <3
I didn't until interacting with your Sai. 8l I have a different OTP for Gaara, but... XD
At any rate, I hope I'm playing him all right.

*fangirls with you!*
lol. I ship them here, I don't have an OTP for Sai, he's so interchangeable!
... playing him right... *goes to your critique post*

Firstly, I just want to reiterate what I said about loving your Sai. You play him well as a combination between his initial introduction (and how much of a bitch he can be to those he doesn't know) and his slowly-developing but very awkward social quirks. X3 It's endearing. (I'm also glad you took him from somewhat later in the manga, as I utterly hated him when he was first introduced. >_>;; )
I do have a quick crit, though, more on grammar than on characterization. Hope you don't mind; I'm a grammar nazi and sometimes I can't help myself. ^_^;
You could benefit from being just a little bit more liberal with commas. Generally, if you hear a pause in a sentence, there should be a comma. This is not always the case, of course, but it's a good rule of thumb. It's especially true with parenthetical phrases (in this post, there should be a comma after "hell" to set off "moron") and clause separation. This post's last sentence is made rushed and awkward with the lack of commas. "Don't worry, I don't want to sketch you, ( ... )

Your way of playing Sai with quick-reaction comments certainly works for characterization, so hey, I won't dispute that even a little. ^_^ I just figured since I'd seen dropped commas here and there on some posts, it wouldn't hurt to point it out.
Also, thank you for being understanding and logical, heh. I'm always kind of wary about giving critique, given some people's bad reactions to getting it.
*loves* And bah, you don't need to worry about Sai's characterization; that one you have down with no issue. ...Bwee, and thank you again for all of your compliments on my Dei. <3

It's the only way I can play him. It doesn't hurt at all. I'll definitely watch out for that from now on. ^_^
I play a very logical character, I couldn't do it without being logical myself. Critique is good, especially when done correctly. <3
O///O I'm so glad I'm not messing him up. And you're Dei is awesome, of course I'd compliment him. \o/
