Waking up at like 3:45am, is not good. I find that if I go to bed at lets see, um, 8 or 9pm, I wouldn't be able to get back to sleep. I combat this, by setting a bed time at around 11pm, that way I get some sleep back.
I am getting tired now so, I am going to change clothes and catch some zzz's.
