Waking up at like 3:45am, is not good. I find that if I go to bed at lets see, um, 8 or 9pm, I wouldn't be able to get back to sleep. I combat this, by setting a bed time at around 11pm, that way I get some sleep back.

I am getting tired now so, I am going to change clothes and catch some zzz's.

 If I seem a little off/cave person-like, it is because I went to sleep at around 2am. I was having fun with my 2DS, getting all of my pix on the memory card. So... Leanne's coming at 11am to get me. I have to eat lunch early bc my appointment is at 12:30pm... I just hope that the dieticians/doctors won't be too mad that I am seeing them at lunch time.
