There is a man in the Nexus. This is, truly, nothing new. Truthfully, the fact that he's talking to himself, muttering various incomprehensible phrases about the various injustices that have been committed against him.
This, too, is nothing new.
Heck, even the trenchcoat, hat, and silver-faceplated mask are probably nothing new. Or, maybe they are. Who knows?
His voice, however, should be immediately familiar to anyone who grew up watching 80's cartoons.
"Why," he hisses, after a long moment of staring at the sign, "is it so hard to find decent help these daysss?"
