I'm in a baking mood but don't know what I want to bake. I've gone through How to be a Domestic Goddess repeatedly but nothing leapt out. So please, if you know any good, fairly easy, summery chocolate or coffee type recipes, comment before I give in and just go to the Cheesecake Shop for a fix.
