Gardner Dozois gave Abyss & Apex seven honorable mentions in his 2008 Year's Best Science Fiction anthology. They are, in author alphabetical order:

Congrats to all! That's a pretty high percentage of the A&A stories for 2008 that received honorable mentions, no? Is this the most HMs that A&A has ever received?

Yes, the most we ever had before was five. We average 24 stories per year (including flash) so that means it was 25 percent of what we published. Not bad!
