I know this was meant for someone else, but I wanted to let you know that you're special and I really hope things are improving for you.
When I went through my suicide attempt it was the song Hold On by Good Charlotte that literally saved my life. In particular, the boy that talks about loosing his dad was my son's age and I found I didn't want to do that to my son.
Anyway, I wish you Happy Birthday, and many more to come.
