Tonight, THERE IS CRAWFISH.

For the first time, I'm making my mom's recipe for crawfish etouffee and BY GOLLY am I excited. It's a super easy process, as my mom is not the biggest fan of crawfish and so wasn't ever going to spend a long time cooking something she didn't care for that much.

There are other Cajun spice blends that would probably work as well, but I don't know all the ingredients to fake it otherwise!

Well, once the thesis procrastination mode kicks in properly, I'll just start checking out the deli's I actually have to travel to. We'll see what can be done. Thanks, though!

So jealous :) My mom's been holding out on her etouffee recipe for forever. My mouth's been watering, I'm going to try and make yours...lol I definitely have a taste for etouffee tonite :)
