Tonight, THERE IS CRAWFISH.
For the first time, I'm making my mom's recipe for crawfish etouffee and BY GOLLY am I excited. It's a super easy process, as my mom is not the biggest fan of crawfish and so wasn't ever going to spend a long time cooking something she didn't care for that much.
