Yeah, things are pretty crappy for her at the moment. But her steadfast good attitude towards Korra throughout all the Mako crap says so many awesome things about her character.

This works. I felt so bad for Asami, so it's good that she could move on and grow. And I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw some potential in Asami/Iroh. :P

I've always had a tendency to compulsively match unattached characters in fandom. They're both so pretty, but aside from that there's something about Asami that calls for an older, established guy imho.

So I wouldn't be averse. :-)
