First Official Birthday Challenge
Heya guys!
It’s time for the first Official Birthday Challenge from your mods, so I hope you’re all ready and eager to start 2012 off with some awesome fic!
The first official Supernatural birthday of the year is coming up - Dean Winchester turns 33 on the 24th January 2012. In honour of this, we have the following challenge for you:
All of the UST between Sam and Gabriel has been driving Dean crazy, so he's decided to give himself some peace and quiet for his birthday - by playing matchmaker for his brother and our favourite Archangel! We want you to help Dean out (and give our guys the happy ending they deserve!), so grab your keyboards/pens/pencils/various artist’s materials… *grins*
Entries can be in the form of fic, artwork, fan-vid, whatever you can come up with really! Anything goes, as long as it meets the minimum requirements.
Minimums:
- Fics: 1000 words
- Vids: 30 seconds
- Artwork: 250x250
Submit your entry by email to the mods at lonely_phoenix@hotmail.co.uk - please do not post it to your journal at this point - by 23rd January. A post will then go up on Dean’s birthday with links to all of the entries.
Once this happens, you're free to link to your entry on your own journals, and anywhere else you would normally post.
Voting will be open for the week following this post, with votes made by commenting on the entry masterpost. The person behind the winning entry will get (as well as the right to claim most awesome fic/pic/vid/etc!) a fic based on a prompt of their choice and a virtual chocolate-covered Gabriel *grins*
