Oh Greg that made me cry *hugs*. I'm so happy for both of you. You know that I feel Joe is very special and seeing you two together has always felt very right to me. And I totally understand what you mean about how having Jack has made a big difference. Watching someone care about another living thing shows you something very unique in a person.

Greg, that was completely beautiful, and it brightened my day to read it. I hope Joe gets the chance to read it, because it is eloquent and perfect. Are you okay with him finding it here, though? You may end up with a funny story about how you proposed via livejournal.

Thanks for the support everyone, as you could tell I just kinda had to put it all in words to kind make it feel real. I'm not worried about him finding out about it since he doesn't use LJ, he barely uses his facebook. I know have have the full support of my friends and family when I ask him, but its still nice to hear it from everyone. Anyway I'm off to actually go and finish my holiday shopping for Joe, again its nice to see the comments on what I have written, and I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday since I won't be seeing most of you this season (unless I can get some extra time off after christmas)
