The interview process seems pretty full on given how quickly they accept you for graduation (we don't graduate till at least a month after final exams, and pracs. We also are given a rating based on our teaching ability which suggests how good a teacher we are.

Wow, I haven't had to take a final in quite some time now. I guess student teaching can be a final all wrapped into several months though. We aren't really rated but are observed quite frequently and once you get your job then students are tested to see how well we can teach.
