Just on a whim I checked the Zotero website, and the DO support OpenOffice software. I just saved myself $70!!!!! And the hassle of having to use the new Office, which I think I mentioned previously that I hate.

*skips off to do work now*

Open Office isn't going to cut it. Zotero requires Word, and I require Zotero.

The bookstore has a special student copy of Office for $70, so that's what I'll be getting today.

Blah.

I've started using Google Documents. It's kind a really neat.

Well, it's officially happened. My copy of Microsoft Office is so completely obsolete that I can't activate it on Vera, and have run out of the grace period for using it without activation, and now have no Office capabilities on my mini. I think a week of not sleeping well has affected my brain. I just scrubbed the baseboards of my bathroom floor with a hand held, re-purposed, long handled kitchen scrubber.
