I love your cowboy verse... love Bobby. Can totally hear his voice as he sends them off.

Bobby’s gaze flickers from Dean to Sam. “You boys are sure about this? Your daddy ain’t gonna be too happy to see your faces. I’m not sure what’s gonna be worse, meetin’ up with that demon or meetin’ up with your daddy.”

This sure sums it up, doesn't it? I seriously can't wait to find out what happens next.

YAY!! An update! This story makes me bouncy, cause I enjoy it so much. Love the library details, the way the house was protected, the land was sacred, and how much the boys *didn't* know about their dad. More soon? LJ willing ;0

I am thrilled you still remember cowboy!winchesters. I'm writing more but it is in between RL. The problem is I would rather write than study. I am glad what they knew or didn't know is working out. I wasn't planning on a big long multi-chap so I am kind of winging it, letting the story write itself. I have ideas of course. :) Thanks so much for reading and commenting.

Wonderful story so far... feels authentic. I like the detail about Dean and his beat-up leg and his horse . (Poor Dean. ) Can see it so clearly in my minds' eye. : ) I await further developments. . .
