Honestly I started off with the comforting notion that all I had to do was stand up there and play, but now I'm having to sing--and sing harmony, at that--at the same time. People at gigs are telling me I need to "be more animated" (not kidding--some woman with big hair literally danced by the stage and said that one night). It's too much, really.
