CSS under the cut... I've only been working with CSS for a few weeks, so I apologize if its a bit redundant and/or unorganized.

Double check your codes; you've been inputting font-transform instead of text-transform. About the underlines, for this part:

a, a:link {
color: #88d814;
text-decoration: none:
}

It should be a semicolon instead of a colon at the end of text-decoration. I'm not sure about the dashed lines though. I hope this helped.
