My icon fonts aren't working and I was wondering if it were possible to fix it

If I remember correctly, for safety reasons LJ doesn't let you add content via CSS.

I still consider myself a novice at making layouts. Could you explain what you mean? And is there a way around the issue?

Say someone inserts a linked icon in front of a layout link (for example the "post a comment" one) and it looks as if that icon belongs to the comment link, but actually it leads to malware. That way people could be tricked into infecting their computers.

Instead of CSSing HTML in, you could put the icon in as a background image. And that way everyone could see it (in font form I'm only seeing a placeholder)!
