Can't see my entries

When I click on "Recent Entries", I can't see my entries. All I see is the polka-dotted background image of my layout and nothing else shows up. I tried to view my journal in different browsers and the only one where my entries are visible, is a very old version of Internet Explorer. My entries aren't visible neither in Firefox, nor in Google Chrome. My Friends Page works fine and I can see the entries in other people's journals. I haven't changed anything about my layout recently, so I really have no idea what is going on.

Any ideas what should I do/change to see my entries again?
I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!
