Changing the usericon position

As stated in the subject I want to change the position of my usericon, but it's giving me some trouble, since my coding skills are very limited.

I'm using the Alice layout from here and overall it's fine but I'd like my usericon to be seperate from the entry like in this layout. I asked the maker already but she didn't answer

Find .userpic in the CSS. Where it then says margin: 0;, change it to margin: 0 -100px 0 0;

Change -100px to whatever value you want (must be - though) depending on how far away you want it.
