SOLVED TBH: Wider & fluid/centered layout?

Hi, I'm trying to get my journal to have a total width of 98%, centered, with a sidebar of 275 px and the rest of the entries taking up whatever the browser width is. The problem is that as much as I've looked at Expressive Explained and the CSS diagram image and tried various ids and class, I just can't get it to work. I've also looked at this ( Read more... )

i used fluid widths to simulate the real thing, i'll post the code later
