Today's Gardening Report

Mostly weedy, with a slight chance of scattered fire ants.  Expect highs in the crabgrass today on account of the low mowing trend we've seen developing around the area for the past several months.  Temperatures ranging from the mid-high sixties into the mid-seventies this afternoon - sunny, lightly breezy.  Scattered dogs ( Read more... )

RAWR!! *snrk* wonderful!

Residents of a northern habitat preserve are said to be petitioning for the removal and relocation of Mr. W. Yarrow to their land and will also be putting in a request to have Mr. Yarrow's longtime companion R. Lemonbalm be brought with him, to lessen the shock of relocation.

I think I have some volunteers for ya. When go back out again tonight, I'll snag some and pot them up and bring them to drum circle next weekend. :)

Good gods this weekend was GORGEOUS!!! I wish I coulda made it to the ZGF. :(

Wasn't it, though? Wonderful :) I wish you could, too!

You know, you and I should totally start checking the ZGF calendar online and go to some of the smaller shows and stuff - I would looooove to see that stuff. The only other one I've ever been to is the Bamboo Festival in the Fall. I think there's a succulent thing coming up in a coupla weeks.
