Ah, happy fun time grading, where everyone does well no matter how well they do. Sounds like your teacher isn't very keen on grading in general, I wouldn't worry.
If you're really worried and want to do something I'd suggest going out of your way to look like you're making a real effort (which may or may not involve making a real effort).
My very outsider guess is that she grades primarily on perception rather than just crunching test scores through an algorithm. Ask for extra help or to do last minute extra credit or something else that'd make her feel bad about giving you a low grade.
Good luck with the grade. That does suck that you weren't able to do extra credit simply cause you weren't awaare you would need to since she hadn't graded anything.
I always forget to look at how grades are weighted too. Because I assume they're weighted in a way that made sense in undergrad, and then they end up being weighted in a totally different manner-- it fucked me over last semester too.
Thanks. I'll feel a lot better when everything done. If I manage to get it all done in time and make Bs in all my classes. (This fucking grade school thing about making Bs! My GPA is normally B-, which will get me kicked out.)

I've emailed her asking if there's anything I can do. All i can do is hope and try to do a good final project.
