Thank you for your honest answer about whether I can make a B in your class. But I would like to note that it really did nothing to ease my state of mind.

[Edit: Lovely, I only just realized now that there were possible extra-credit assignments. Except the deadline for them was the 14th and I wasn't freaking out about my grade then because, well, she hadn't graded anything so I didn't know if I should be worrying.
Also, for the record, she didn't tell me I wouldn't get a B. Just that she "tries not to give below a B but can't guarantee anything."]
