Awww, this is so great! Full of Christmas-y goodness. And I always relate to Ben, but my fabric hoarding is just like Leslie in this. And I made stockings for my husband and me, green for boys and red for girls (but not plaid). And as a kid I actually had a super long stocking my mom made me, so basically I can relate to all of this, I love it all and it's almost as if I wrote it, if I could write super awesome holiday-themed fluff. A+++

Thanks! I love stockings. My childhood one is pretty long, too. My grandma knitted them for the whole family, and they've held up really well for being almost 30 years old.

This is so perfect and adorable! As always, I'm amazed by how well you write these two...so true to their characters. I cannot get enough of Ben/Leslie Christmas fic...this was a great way to end my night of studying for finals!

Oh my god. Wow this is really, really perfect. My brother and I always went for the stockings first, and even if it was never more than candy and tiny little things, it was the one thing we could open before our parents were fully awake and aware, and the first thing we did. So I totally get that. Aww. Oh my god. This is the sweetest thing. Ahhh.

Thank you! My sibs and I were the opposite and always saved the stockings for last, but it was one of my favorite parts. There'd always be some random little surprise that was so neat.
