I will answer a question from Chisako-san who has provided this week’s question.
「大野さんはあんかけチャーハンを作るのが得意なんですよね？
ところで、料理はいつ覚えたんですか？ ほかに得意な料理は
ありますか？」
[Ohno-san, you have pride in making ankake chaahan (Chinese fried rice with thick starchy sauce) don’t you?
By the way, when did you learn how to cook? Is there any other cuisine in which you have pride in making?]
なるほど。
そうですね、あんかけチャーハン。
I see.
That’s right ne. Ankake chaahan.
こないだ作りましたね、ちょっと前にうたばんで。うたばんの収録でね。
あ、あれでもね、1年ぶりくらいかな？ あんかけチャーハン作ったの。うん。
1年前ぐらいはね、よくね、なんか作ってましたね。
That time I made it ne. A while ago in Utaban. In Utaban’s recording ne.
Ah, at that time, it was around 1 year after I last made ankake chaahan. Yes.
A year ago ne, somehow I often made it ne.
ていうかあの～・・・昔、番組でね、よくなんかあの・・・。
料理を作ったりする・・・しなきゃいけない番組だったの。ほんでね、少し覚えたりね。
あと友達んち行ってね、そんで作ったり。なんかやってたんですよ。

そしたらね、意外と「あ、なんかオイラでも作れるもんあんだな」って思ってね。

Yes, using the fry pan ne, ano~ when making chaahan ne. Doing that thing with the fry pan, when you stir/ mix the chaahan. Doing that through and through in the kitchen, I like that ne.
Yes. Even though I cannot do it that accurately ne. I think like that.
そのね、なんつーの？ ちょっとね。へっへっ（笑）
ホント、料理できまっせ！みたいなこう。

あの、塩とかをね、調味料パンパンパンパン入れてる。
ああいうのがね、好きだったりする、それだけなんですけどね。
ねっ、いやあでもねえ、そうですね、ほかにもちょっと幅広げてみようかな？

I want to eat his cooking~~ >.< oishiisou datta ne~ *reminiscing the latest cooking he did on TV@ utaban*
I often ate fried rice, but I have never eaten ankake chaahan. Will it taste like a usual fried rice mixed with a usual starchy vegetable soup? or is there another recipe to it...? Ahh... I'm hungry again...
