I was confused between the two options that my dictionary provides:
1 〈子供などを〉 train; discipline; teach somebody manners.
2 〈し慣れる〉 get [be] used to doing; grow [be] accustomed to doing
so the correct one for this context is the first one, ne? Hehehehehe~

Ahh, I see! There is two words. The word that he is using is this (躾ける) but the kanji is difficult so it's almost always written in hiragana. The other word that you were mixed up with is 仕付ける, same reading, but different kanji and meaning. So yes, in this context it should be the first one.
