i was tempted to enlist nga for the classes eh but my gym offers it for free naman so dun na lang. you still go?

yeah regularly for the basic classes which even if basic, are still quite intense. you should have tried. gym yoga is soo different from yoga done in real yoga center. never too late to try! :)

i actually want to but my back condition has not improved yet. i'm a bit worried that intense yoga may worsen it

By the time you read this, you would have been working with your new company some 3 weeks already.

Better late than never, they say.

You know I along with Pink House inhabitants are very proud of you.
Your stint with Pepsi albeit just two years, is filled with milestones.
