i was tempted to enlist nga for the classes eh but my gym offers it for free naman so dun na lang. you still go?

yeah regularly for the basic classes which even if basic, are still quite intense. you should have tried. gym yoga is soo different from yoga done in real yoga center. never too late to try! :)

i actually want to but my back condition has not improved yet. i'm a bit worried that intense yoga may worsen it

of course not!! iyengar is perfect for you! Avoid yoga practices like Astanga na maraming mga jumps . I uused to have a back problem. yoga helps create space in your spine. just inform the teacher of your back problem. you can try Iyengar or any slow form of yoga. Not Astanga nor Bikram.
