While in Birmingham this weekend, my buddy Jason took me to see the Vulcan statue (www.vulcanpark.org). The Vulcan statue sits atop one of the highest points in Birmingham. At a height of 56 feet, Vulcan is the largest cast iron statue in the world, the second-largest statue in the US (behind the Statue of Liberty), and the largest statue ever
