Turning 40, RoadTrip and Health
Just turned 40 this month - yes the big "four oh"!! Still feels like that I'm still 30 but I do notice that I can't exert myself physically as I used to be able to. I have to watch my diet, make sure I sleep well and I really need to start on my exercise regime! Getting Things Together

First Post
Here goes - my first journal post......
Well just moved house. Had to do a lot of work shifting boxes, furniture, getting the garden tidied, putting in a new post box, etc. etc. Then there's the changing address and utilities -- not all fun, as kafechick found out as well :-)
