I'll think of a title when I'm not dashing out the door.

In case anybody was worried about my accidentally shocking knitted item, it has been felted and looks more like it was supposed to.

I'll be at the farm, so my goal there is to spend a lot of time with the pets and my family, and get to see my nieces at least once or twice. Maybe even read my backlogged Buffy and Doctor Who comics! I wish I could say "write" but I've learned that I need a lot more private headspace for that than I get at my parents' house. Depending on my mom's health I may need to help her a lot. I also plan to force some British TV on her. *g* (It takes very little convincing.)

And the feature attraction: if all works out I'm going to visit travels_in_time and caerwynx briefly!

Yay for a restored computer! I just ordered a spare hard drive, but I know it's going to end up pretty quickly being for primary storage as opposed to backup.

Enjoy your ten days!

Sorry, I forgot to add - the bottle carrier came out wonderfully!

I just got another external hard drive, too. Best Buy had an amazing back to school sale, and I'd nearly filled up my others, since they're storing the backups from my old computer plus all the files I use for my current one. It's amazing how quickly they fill up.

(And thank you!)

The bottle came out quite cute (and far less embarrassing than it potentially could have!

Enjoy your 10 day break!

So true. Thank goodness for felting!

Thank you! I plan to re-learn how to give my brain down time.

I think the only way to pull knee socks and MJ's off is to OWN it. I wear them all the time, and if someone comments, I tell them I look fabulous. So there!!!!

Good plan! I'm going to have to do the same, I think, because the shaving accidents are ridiculous. And I really think the mj's and stockings are fine as long as I don't braid my hair. (Then it's a little much.)
