Oh wow, that is very different! And yes, that would be very hard to cover with a knitted cozy. Heh. Although, I did see video once of a woman who covered a water tower with a crocheted cozy!

That knitting installation kind of makes me want to start some kind of insane (possibly charity) group to knit hats and scarves for bollards like the Innocent Smoothies hats

I have been busy taking advantage of husband and children having some time off AT THE SAME TIME to get some RL Christmas preparation done so I haven't been in LJland much for the last couple of days but have been leaving consci_fan_mo open in a tab - good job too as I only got a notification Last Night for that post I made on Monday.

Definitely not just you! Something about a patch rollback and LJ's notification system broke. For awhile there I was getting only the occasional notification, and only three days late.
