oh nick, I can completely relate to that post... but sometimes i wonder: will people always find their havens? I mean...What if it really doesn't exist? That it's just a notion that they hope is true and that they will one day find it? and what happens if they don't find it...?
You have to find that haven man. I've known that ever since I was thrust into this brutal world they call real life the day I hit.. sixteen. Its not easy, and everybody has one. Sometimes, its not physical even. You can retreat to that corner of your brain, and just let the world pass by as if you're watching a movie screen. It sounds like wimping out, but when you're in your own world.. it's a kind of retreat.
And if you write to write because only you care, I salute you. Too much of the world, even yours truly, is too wrapped up in what other people think. Its keeping up with the Jones. I personally salute you.

Well, thanks.. I think that is just it.. I need to find my brain haven.. My mind is the only thing I can't escape.. and it is really the only thing I need to..
