Cingular is messed up

Has anyone else with Cingular phones (or without, for that matter) had this happen: You get a call. You look at the caller ID, and it's your friend's name. But, when you answer the phone, it's not your friend. You have no idea who it is. The person has no idea who you are. They are just as confused as you--theywere calling their friend, but got you

I've had something like that happen once or twice before but not in a long while. Clearly it's a result of something going screwy at the wireless provider's end.

I tried calling you back last night too, but I kept getting a message that my call could not be completed as dialed. Odd.
