Cingular is messed up
Has anyone else with Cingular phones (or without, for that matter) had this happen: You get a call. You look at the caller ID, and it's your friend's name. But, when you answer the phone, it's not your friend. You have no idea who it is. The person has no idea who you are. They are just as confused as you--theywere calling their friend, but got you. Wierd.
I've had this happen to me three times in two weeks. Twice I was on the receiving end (no jokes, perverts :P
Once I was on the calling end. I was trying to call back partial_reality but got someone I didn't know. The guy said that his caller ID was showing one of his friends calling him. Craziness.
