"Photos of people with their most expensive object that they have in their home. I wasn't too insistent in questioning them whether these were the most expensive domestic objects - I simply photographed what people identified by themselves. I think they weren't really hiding anything."
Konstantin Bayev, Samarskaya Oblast. Aquarium, 7000 rubles ($196).
Galina and Genady Nikodorov. Bicycle, 2500 rubles ($70).
Arsen Vdovin, Pskovskaya Oblast. Mobile phone, 6000 rubles ($168).
Olga Trait, Samarskaya Oblast. Daughter's computer, 30000 rubles ($839).
Kumisay Uteulina with daughter Alina, Samarskaya Oblast. Refrigerator, 17000 rubles ($475), on credit.
