Time to do some Dragon*Con planning, right?

As is my wont, I plan lots of things quite a ways in advance. I have rooms reserved. Many, many rooms. So many that I plan to cancel reservations. The point being, that if you still don't have rooming plans, let me know. Actually, some of the rooms I'm holding are single-kings, which I suppose I should have mentioned. Mostly because some people might want them. I'll go edit to mention that.

Also: YAY PLASTER! I bet it was fun in addition to riotous!

And, yes, make your slacker roommate talk to me. Mwahahahahaha.

I am bloody well not a slacker.

So the thing is I'm depressed as hell, but I think I am committing to specifically not going to D*C this year. Because one my oldest, oldest friends is getting married that weekend and I'm in her wedding party.

If I were to try to go, I could only make part of Sunday and Monday, and I think I am probably not doing that to myself, just because I'd miss all of the concerts, which would be so sad-making.

D: WOEHENHEIM!

Next year anyone who tries to commit me to something else on Labour Day weekend will get a big preemptive "FUCK OFF."

WOEHENHEIM INDEED! I am not sure I approve of your friend and her silly Labor Day wedding plans, but I must agree that it's really not worth doing the D*C thing for just two days. Especially not after doing a wedding the same weekend.

However, next year... Well. Let's just say no one else you know will be getting married.

On Labor Day! What else would I mean by that?
