I mentioned that yesterday I had a tough one. A guy came to the library and asked one of the other librarians to help him find some movies so he could buy them. Since I was busy with something else, said other librarian - who technically isn't a librarian, since she doesn't have a degree, just plenty of on the job training - didn't just refer him
