I need to find someone with the time and expertise to either help me customize some bras or build them entirely . . . my hernia is acting up again, and my shoulders as well. I am not skilled enough to modify bras with enough consistency that I can be confident in cutting into an expensive one -- sometimes I get it right, and sometimes I don't, and

If you have the time to learn for yourself, check out this site: http://www.bramakerssupply.com/
I highly recommend their manual, even if it is pricey. Otherwise, try and find someone who does custom underwear near you. Expensive, yes, but if it reduces pain it would be worth it. (I can't volunteer myself yet, need more practice, lots more.)
