ohhh I did not see that coming. In fact, I had completely forgotten about Millie until she came up here. But this is such an awesome revelation. Is there a particular reason she chose to attach herself to Lyssa and Mara?

She actually started off as Rune's cat before he even met the others. Which hopefully makes more sense since he's her avatar. After the battle where everyone gets split up, she goes with Ski and sticks with Mara - who will also be important to her in the end - until she meets up with Rune.
