I'm debating whether I want her to find anything or not. Kairn plays a big role in things, but I don't think I want him to appear in any sort of documentation in any way that the characters can actually trace back to him because I really don't want him to be ~special.
And I definitely need to get to more of what happens with Reida later on.
Something tells me that even if there was details about Kairn in that book, Reida would probably not recognise it for what it was, simply because she believes him to be so insignificant like that.
I have to wonder if the Master who commented about Reida having two faces reaslised it would provoke her into going and researching prophecies about herself though; if it was pre-emptive of just an adult talking things up without thinking in the long term who they were talking to. Nicely done :)

I liked the bit where she's goading Kairn. It's obvious she's messing with him but at the same time...Kairn does kind of a play a role, doesn't he?
Anyway, you should write more about this two faces thing ;)

I like that Kairn's important but possibly not in there. That would contribute to the whole changing your fate idea.
