I don't know how I missed this, but I love it-great, realistic conversation! I lol'd at Ivy asking him if he could reproduce without sex.

I'm not sure if it's ironic or what, but Aaron does actually end up reproducing without sex (yay in-vitro!) so Ivy is right on that one. :D Glad you liked it! And lol, so many people seem to have pegged him correctly, that's awesome.

Aaron's life sucks. They cancelled Firefly AND he doesn't enjoy sex as far as he knows. That's really, really sad.

Just kidding (or maybe not). I just don't think I'd come out if I were him.

Weeeell that's not exactly how asexuality works. He's much happier not having sex, frankly. And he's happier that his family knows what he is. Actually, having Ivy already being out made it a lot easier on him.
