so last night i made a pretty banging dinner.  i made tempeh and "beef" with peppers and onion slathered in jack daniels spiked homemade bbq sauce served with herb roasted potatoes. for dessert i made mexican chocolate rice pudding. who says vegans cant eat well?? im seriously considering trying to figure out a way to flesh out this whole vegan
