i hurt like hell. but im feeling optimistic about the future! my acupuncturist gave me the name of a local woman that is doing pretty much what i want to do in nutrition. so im going to call her soon. who knows, once im better, maybe i can shadow her at her practice. exciting! i think this is further evidence that things have aligned in such a way ( Read more... ) -

so last night i made a pretty banging dinner. i made tempeh and "beef" with peppers and onion slathered in jack daniels spiked homemade bbq sauce served with herb roasted potatoes. for dessert i made mexican chocolate rice pudding. who says vegans cant eat well?? im seriously considering trying to figure out a way to flesh out this whole vegan ( Read more... ) -

ive decided to try and make more of a photo blog, hopefully posting a picture a day. maybe even making it into a food blog. i have a few to catch up.
so i got my cast off last friday. it was a sense of relief like ive never felt before. i still cant walk, and im still really sore, but at least i can clean my foot and take a shower.

i had a nightmare this morning that my wedding went all wrong. we were late for our hair appointments and they came out like shit because the girls didnt know what they were doing. i ended up taking over the curling iron after some girl made my friend look like a poofy mess. my hair was really short but some how i ended up looking like a soccer mom ( Read more... )
