Said man had no idea of the Shredder's plotting. He had been trying to lay low for a while after regaining his hearts. The watch that was tucked safely away in the folds of his cloak had been taped over with duct tape - it had been giving him too much trouble recently.

He walked down the street, noting the Shredder's presence. He didn't recognize him, but he walked on as if the man wasn't there.

"Kakuzu is it?" Shredder said smoothly, straightening up and facing the man fully. "What an odd coincidence, I was looking for you." And he was a little bit difficult to find, but years of doing this paid off sometimes.

He raises an eyebrow but continues walking. If someone was looking for him, whatever deal was done would be done by his pace.

"Coincidence..." Yeah, bull shit. "What do you want."

It annoyed him that the man did not stop, but Shredder shrugged it off and walked out the alleyway after him. "I want something done, and, from what I hear, you are the best person to do it."
