The Black Rider didn't know if she was expected to come dressed up, but she wasn't very familiar with Vietnamese nor Chinese customs enough to conjure up something from shadows to take place of her bodysuit. Then again, it would also be a little difficult to hide the fact that she lacked a head, had she taken that route. The usual would have to do for now.
She drifted towards the game booths, noticing some that looked like what she'd seen in Japan. It wasn't nearly as crowded, but that such effort had been put into all of this pleased her. Perhaps she'd try her hand at catching a fish?
At the very least she wasn't alone in the area. Celty glanced towards the boy, taking a moment before she recognized who it was. He really is very small...

He didn't wait to be greeted in return to approach her. "Going to try some of the games?"

Others are welcomed to give it a shot with flaming fans [or if you're afraid of fire, then you can have fans that aren't on fire]. Give it a try and create some good luck for yourself.

Vietnam took a walk around the fires before putting down her food offerings (she wasn't actually sure what to give the Yukimura liger, since they don't have money and lettuce was boring), taking up one of the unlit fans, and then tossed it into the air before catching it again.

Carefully, she held on in her hands, making sure the sleeves of her Purple Hanfu weren't in the way as she glanced up to the skies and released the paper to the air while she silently made a wish for herself and others.
"I wish we can all remain happy...I wish everyone will be safe while they stay here...I wish I could remember who Loz is, too...Please." Lenalee whispered before she smiled to herself as the sleeves rolled back down over her hands and while she felt a little ridiculous in her outfit, she felt right at home for the first time in a long time as she looked up at the floating lantern caught on the wind.

Conan had been looking out for Lenalee, intending to comment on her hard work. It had taken him a moment to recognise her -- the hanfu was so bright compared to her usual uniform.
He followed her gaze up to the lantern. "Making a wish?" he guessed.

Glancing over, Lenalee saw Conan and offered a small smile and nod. "Yes, a wish." She said quietly as she pushed some of her hair from her face. It was no longer in her normal pigtails, but down, long, and in ribbons along her shoulders with occasional strands tucked back and held in place by decorative lily hair ornaments.
"I hope you're having fun Conan?"

Inside, a bandanna and apron, matching in colour, lay nicely folded for him. On the apron though, she sewed a bit of a flower from her own National design. "Your name is on the pocket. You don't have to continue wearing it, but I thought you might like it instead of getting food on your clothing." The Nation said with a happy tilt of her head.

"With all that hair too, you should really get a trim. No one can see that handsome face of yours." She said as she came back around and rolled up her sleeves, getting prepared with optimism for a rush of people who might be hungry [hur] for food.
