I have not gotten off my diet. I am not drinking pop. Havent eaten out. I will tell you tonight how much i weigh (i am drinking LOTS of water and Green Tea"supposed to raise your  metabolism," so i may actually gain some water weight)

By the sounds of it you're doing everything right! Eating breakfast and drinking pleenty of water are the things that most helped me lose weight. The great thing about the slow and steady approach is that it's stayed of for a whole year without even thinking about it too much!
