I have not gotten off my diet. I am not drinking pop. Havent eaten out. I will tell you tonight how much i weigh (i am drinking LOTS of water and Green Tea"supposed to raise your  metabolism," so i may actually gain some water weight)

I did my first "belly off diet"  Friday. I had to do Abs at 24 hour fitness. at first i thought that it wasnt really a work out. but i woke up today and i can BEARLY move. my stomach hurts so much. i forgot how it feels to be sore!!! its great.

I have only been eating healthy things like, eggs, turkey sandwiches, chicken, sunchips, etc... and vitamins.

Have many a headaches still from quiting pop..my body is angry at me...
