173 LBS Quiting Soda, Quiting eating out

Okay,
Ive been screwing around untill today. Today is the beginning of the most intense working out I have ever done in my life..
Rule 1.. I am not eating out. I wont allow myself to eat out even once, I have to eat healthy food from home. (mostly eggs, high fiber, chicken, protein shakes....lots of protein)

*I will be working out at Lunch time and once either in t he morning or at night
*I will push myself and make sure I get sore.
*I need to stop this Cardio crap. Wastes too much time and isnt worth the carlories burned, i will lose weight through lifting weights, eating *right, and small amount of interveral cardio (run hard for 2 min. rest, run hard, rest)
*I will measure how much i weigh on either Wii fit or at gym and write it on this.
*Quiting Coke today

I read that people that have impossible expectations on how much weight they want to lose will lose way more than people that are realistic about it... so..
I should be able to weigh 160 by May 1st.
*I will try and hike more with Kim. she loves hiking..hopefully we can find conversation to talk about..but if not i will just walk past her :)

Well, thats it, this is the start of making my self suffer, I will not get enjoyment out of eating, that time is at an end.
